All building regulations and bylaws are complied with and plans are submitted for approval with the local council.
High quality standard finishes are provided, but your specifications can be included provided they meet with building regulations
Your budget is important and we will discuss this with you to ensure that the best use is made of the budget to obtain the home of your dreams.
